Refund request must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date;
Product must be returned in its original packaging or substantially similar condition (unused or lightly used for evaluation);

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

7.2 Non-Returnable Items
